Understanding Your Bill

Currently, meter reading is done on a quarterly basis. The current read is done every 90 days, plus or minus 5 days. If your outside meter does not read properly (this sometimes occurs due to weather conditions), you may be called to let someone in for an inside read. If we cannot get an inside read in time, we will estimate your bill based on your usage history and you will see an "E" next to the usage. Your payment is due within 30 days, after which your past due balance will appear on your new bill as "balance forward", and after 45 days you will receive a termination notice for the past due balance.
